Community Engagement
Hundreds of Middlesex students participate in community engagement activities, including Service-Learning. These community-based experiences integrate community service with classroom instruction and meet identified community needs. They focus on critical, reflective thinking and civic responsibility and are unique collaborations between faculty, staff, students, and our community partners. Middlesex was selected by Campus Compact as one of only 13 colleges to be named as a model of exemplary practices of civic engagement.
Corporate and Community Education and Training
Middlesex is dedicated to advancing the economic growth and vitality of its service area businesses and organizations through continuous workforce development and training activities tailored to the unique needs of each organization. MCC offers a comprehensive selection of results-oriented education and training programs to thousands of employees in hundreds of businesses, industries and municipalities throughout our service area. Our goal is to provide the education and training tools businesses need to help employees succeed.

MCC Foundation
The MCC Foundation (MCCF) was created in 1988 to enlist private sector support to further the educational and charitable purposes of the college. It is the vehicle for fundraising from individuals, alumni, corporations, small businesses and private foundations. The MCC Foundation has generated income through revenue from investments managed by the MCC Foundation Board of Directors and from the proceeds of the college's annual Celebrity Forum fundraiser. Proceeds from the MCC Annual Fund Campaign provide an additional source of income.
