Through funding provided by Commonwealth Corporation, MCC offers training through the Workforce Training Fund Program. We help businesses with grant writing, which includes choosing relevant courses, pricing, budget development and grant submittal.

If funded, MCC assists the partner employers with implementing the programming and providing instruction.

Training Grants and Funding

Businesses of all sizes can apply through the Workforce Training Fund General Program for a grant of up to $125,000. If you are eligible, you can use the funds to train current and newly hired employees. Training programs must be completed within two years.

Companies that can apply include:

• Employers
• Employer organizations
• Labor organizations
• Training providers
• Consortia

Employers can use a training provider of their choice. Although, courses that a company is legally mandated to provide, such as OSHA training, are not eligible for funding under this program.
