Our Student Financial Services team is made up of dedicated staff from both the Student Account and Financial Aid offices. We guide you through the process of financing your education and creating a better financial future.

What is the difference between the Student Account office and the Financial Aid office?

The Student Accounts Office

  • Generates your paperless billing statement
  • Helps you explore additional payment options
  • Guides you through the appeal process
  • Processes your payments and refunds
  • Provides financial wellness support
  • Assists with the Health insurance waiver process
  • Generates 1098T
  • Processes tuition waivers

The Financial Aid Office

  • Guides you in applying for federal, state and institution funding
  • Helps you explore your student aid options
  • Processes your paperwork
  • Packages your student aid
  • Assists you in finding work-study jobs on campus or in the community
  • Generates book advances
  • Offers advice on borrowing
  • Assists with filling out FAFSA

In Lowell, we are located on the third floor of the Cowan Center
