Each month, I invite MCC faculty and staff to join with me and College leadership for Critical Conversations – a series of virtual town-hall style events designed to:

• Update the MCC community on a variety of topics
• Engage us in meaningful, collaborative work centered around the strategic issues facing the institution
• Provide faculty and staff with the opportunity to network with colleagues while working on the institution’s strategic goals
